How do I choose the plan?

The plan linked by the Sign up now button allows up to 500 messages a month. It is enough to test, but usually not enough to go to production. Once the quota is exhausted, you will get a message saying that the quota is exceeded in the Apps Tisane Slack Bot channel.

The SaaS plans are listed here. If you are unsure about the number of calls a month you’re expecting, simply multiply your number of active users by 1500 for a rough estimate.

If your monthly volume of messages is higher than the largest available plan, or you need to keep the processing secure, contact us to get a quote and instructions on a custom plan for Tisane.

If using a SaaS plan:

  1. Click Activate to purchase your plan.
  2. Navigate to Sign In – Tisane Labs.
  3. Obtain the API key from the Primary Key field at the Developer Page as shown on the screenshot below.

    4. In Slack, send a message containing the text /tisane anywhere Tisane Bot is enabled as shown on the screenshot below.

    5. Enter the API key in the API KEY field on Tisane Settings page as shown on the screenshot below.

    6. Save your changes by clicking Submit.
