How do I get started?

  1. Invite tisanemoderation@webex.bot to your team and Webex space.
  2. Message the word integration to the bot to grant permissions to it. A webpage must open, prompting you to logon to Webex. The user granting permissions must be a Compliance Officer. If everything works, you will get a welcome message.
  3. Message the word settings to the bot to configure it.

4. In the Settings dialogue, specify either the API key, or the on-prem host URL. To obtain the Tisane API key, use the Sign Up Now button. Modify other settings, if necessary.

5. Add the users to receive the alerts.

6. Modify the settings and the toggles if you need.

7. Click the Submit button.

The plan linked by the Sign up now button is enough to test, but usually not enough to go to production. Once the quota is exhausted, you will get a message saying that the quota is exceeded.

Can I deploy Tisane on-prem?

In order to calculate your projected number of messages, simply multiply your number of active users by 1000 as a rough estimate. The SaaS plans are listed here. Choose the plan you need and click Activate.
